Refunds on standard purchase ( purchase without discounts)

• In the case of standard purchase ( without discounts ) refunds will be issued on prorated refund will be issued on cancellation.
• All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee/processing fee.
• The processing time for refunds would be within 90 days of the request.

Refunds on discounted purchases ( purchase with discounts)

• No refunds are offered on bundled plans.
• Refunds on discounted plans.
• All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee/processing fee.

Certification

‍

• No refunds are offered after access is provided to the digital academy.
• it is the responsibility of the participant to attend the classes, complete the in-class assignments & attain the necessary grades to attain the certification. Fitbots will not offer a refund on failure to comply.
• A cancellation fee would be charged for Bulk-registration cancellation. No refund is provided if cancellation is done 7 days prior to starting of the program.

Coaching

• Coaching is only provided with a subscription Fitbots OKR software. No refund is provided on failure to comply.

Compliance based cancellation

• Fitbots may choose to cancel user accounts subject to non-compliance of security practices or attempts of IP theft or non-ethical conduct. In such events all refunds will be pro-rated based on usage.
